NICHEBLOOM, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 5,000.00 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 990 162 661, with its registered office at 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: info@nichebloom.com.

This policy describes how NICHEBLOOM collects and processes the personal data of visitors and customers of the nichebloom.com website (the ‘Website’), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) and the French Data Protection Act.

1. Data collected

We collect the data you provide to us and that generated by your browsing activity: identification and contact details (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses) when placing an order or creating an account; order details (products purchased, amounts, order history); payment data, processed directly by our secure payment service provider, without passing through or being stored on our servers; newsletter subscription data; communications with customer service (messages, emails, conversations with the online assistant); and browsing data (pages viewed, device, cookies and trackers, in accordance with the terms of the cookie management banner).

2. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed for the following purposes. In connection with the performance of the contract: the management of orders, payments, deliveries, returns and customer service. To fulfil our legal obligations: invoicing, accounting and fraud prevention. On the basis of your consent: sending the newsletter and commercial offers (including the welcome offer), as well as the placement of non-essential cookies. On the basis of our legitimate interests: improving the Website, visitor statistics and security.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, in particular via the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email or by adjusting your cookie settings.

3. Recipients and data processors

Your data is intended for authorised teams at NICHEBLOOM and its service providers, who access it solely for the purposes of their respective roles: hosting and operating the online shop (Shopify), sending newsletters and follow-up emails (Klaviyo), customer service and the online helpdesk (Gorgias), the preparation and tracking of shipments (ShippyPro and the carriers selected at the time of ordering), sales management and invoicing (Odoo), and the secure processing of payments (the Website’s payment service provider). Your data is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our service providers are located or host data outside the European Union, notably in the United States and Canada. These transfers are governed by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR: an adequacy decision by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service provider. Details of these safeguards can be obtained on request from info@nichebloom.com.

5. Retention periods

Data relating to your account and your orders is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for the duration of the legal obligations (ten (10) years for accounting records). Data used for marketing purposes is retained for three (3) years following your last contact with the brand, unless you unsubscribe earlier. Cookies and trackers have a maximum lifespan of thirteen (13) months, and the information they collect is retained for a maximum of twenty-five (25) months. Customer service data is retained for the duration of the request’s processing and then archived for the applicable limitation periods.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability in relation to your data, as well as the right to set out instructions regarding what should happen to your data after your death. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to info@nichebloom.com, providing proof of your identity in the event of reasonable doubt. We will respond within one (1) month.

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

7. Cookies

On your first visit, a banner will allow you to accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies (audience measurement, marketing). Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website to function (shopping basket, session, security) do not require consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie management link on the Website.

8. Security

NICHEBLOOM implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure: encryption of data transfers (HTTPS), secure payment via a certified service provider, and restricted and logged access by our data processors.

9. Updates

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the Website, our tools or the regulations. The applicable version is the one published on the Website on the date of your visit. Last updated: October 2026.
