4. Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland France, including Corsica, and to every country in the European Union. For the time being, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the French overseas territories.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery: 4 to 5 working days. Express delivery: 48 hours. These times run from the dispatch of your order and apply wherever we deliver. You choose your delivery method at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery: €6.90, free on orders of €150 or more. Express delivery: €9.90, whatever the amount of your order.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your customer account.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our fragrances, bandanas and ribbons are presented in boxes decorated with our toile de Jouy, ready for gifting. With a Signature gift set, gift wrapping is complimentary, with a personalised message.
